❝ as you grow older, anakin, i’m sure you will begin to find that they are one and the same. the right choice, the one you can live with. a man must live with all of his choices, after all. ❞           he enjoys the IDLE chatter. it is a simple thing, enough to draw focus but not pull from his manipulations. there’s NO doubt his words would seem, to most, like the ramblings of an old man with one foot in the grave.

HE WANTS TO argue the logic of that statement. Surely a man is capable of living with a great many things. He can live with the knowledge that he slaughtered an entire village of Sand people in his rage, but he intrinsically knows that it wasn’t the right thing to do. Though he would likely kill them again had he the chance to rectify this action. His anger has only grown since the Tusken village, like a black infection sickly heaving its way through his veins. ❝ && the people who torture? Who can live with murdering innocents? Do they make the right choices too because they can live with doing those things? ❞ There’s a bit of desperation in the question. Tell me, tell me I’m not broken. Tell me I’m not wrong.
